Today I am bringing you a review of the Essence all about... eyeshadow palettes. There are five different palettes in the collection: All about vintage, bronze, nudes, roses and greys. I have an all about greys palette, so I will be focusing mostly on that one, but here is how they all look*:

They retail for about $5 (34,90 kn), which makes it a very affordable option, for a quite generous amount of eyeshadows, and you get 8 of them in one palette. It could be a great gift or a stocking stuffer for Christmas, too.
The package is plastic, but it's actually quite sturdy. It's in clear packaging, which is great because you can see all the colors right away. It doesn't come with a mirror or a brush, which may be a drawback for some of you, but I actually don't mind it, because I usually don't like the brushes that come with palettes like this one.
As far as the shades, I think they are really nice, and you can actually create multiple looks using this palette. They are quite pigmented as well, and I think this is one of the best palettes Essence has done so far (as far as pigmentation and quality goes).

These are swatches of the top row. There is a matte white, which is actually really creamy (most of these are, actually), a very light grey, the darkest grey in the palette and a matte black.

Here we have a very shimmery beige champaigne color, a middle grey, kind of a mauvy grey with a bit of bronze (I'm good at this, right? :D) and a shimmery black. (I didn't use a primer underneath).
Overall I think that this palette is great if you're into grey shadows. It's very cheap, but quality for the price is amazing! You can do many different looks using this palette and I would give it a 8/10, because it doesn't have a mirror and a brush (even though I don't mind), and it's not CRAZY pigmented, but it's okay for the price.
Have you tried these yet? Do you like them? Which one is your favorite?
Thank you for reading!
See you soon xx
