Hello everyone and happy friday!
This Friday I am bringing you the first nail design on my blog, so I decided to keep it really simple.
This nail design is kind of my go-to to parties or any kind of special occasions, and what's great about it is that it is simple but with the right color it can really spice up the outfit and make it more elegant.
For example, red or gold for New Year's Eve or Christmas, white for wedding, or any color that matches your outfit.
Also, it doesn't have to be design for all of your nails. You can use it only on your highlight fingers, or only on one finger on each hand to make your manicure nicer. :) So, let's get started!
What I used for this design:
fan brush
Base coat- Essence Ultra strong nail repair
Color nail polish- Avon ColorTrend ice sheers in refreshing pear
Old or a clear polish that you're almost out of, I used Avon 1010 Clear
Glitter powder- Easy Paris Cosmetics no.09
Top coat- Bourjois Paris 1 seconde gloss no.01 transparent glossy
First you need to prep your nails by filing them, pushing cuticles and putting on your base coat.
Second: put on 1-2 coats of color nail polish (depending on the color you're trying to get).
After the nail polish is dry, put on some clear nail polish for glitters to stick to it and put your nail into the glitter powder. Another way is to pour the powder over the nail, but that way you will waste more powder.
Wait for a few minutes for it to dry and then take your fan brush (or something similar to use) and brush off all the extra glitter on the finger.
It should look something like this.
After that all you have to do is put on your clear polish to make the nail smoothe, and finish off with a coat of top coat. And that's it!
Remember, you can use every color you can imagine if you have those glitters. Also, color nailpolish is optional, but if glitters fall off some color will be underneath. But you can use only clear polish!
If there's a design you want me to do, just send me an email and I will do my best to show you how to do it :)
Have a great weekend!
