Easy Floral Nail Art Design

Hello everyone!

Here's my new post (on time this week). However, I've had some difficulties (which I have just realized right now) while taking photos of my nails. So as I was doing this design, I took a photo of every step, but my phone decided that it doesn't want to save all of them, and I didn't check it then, so now I don't have all of the steps for you on photos, but I will do my best to describe what I did for you :)

Here is the design and I hope you like it!

What I used for this design:

Base coat: Essence ultra strong nail repair
Main color on all of my nails: Essence Nude Glam (collection) in 03 cotton candy
Flower base color: Catrice cosmetics in 130 Lucky In Lilac
Flower petals and little dots: MaxFactor Glossfinity in 120 Disco Pink
Leaves: Essence Colour&Go in 170 beijos de brazil
Top coat: Konad Top Coat

Step 1:

As always, I've prepped my nails by removing polish I had before, filing them and pushing my cuticles. After that I applied my base coat and let it dry.

Step 2:

Then I applied my main color, which was milky nude (something you would use for french manicure) in 2 coats on all of my nails and let each coat dry before applying the next one.

Step 3:
Then I used a purple polish as a base for my flowers. I put 4 dots using my dotting tool (not neatly because flowers aren't really dots and aren't perfectly symmetrical) on my ringfiner and on my thumb. I let this dry, but it would be better if you do the next step when it's still wet because colors would blend more nicely and you would have perfect little swirly flowers. (this is where my pictures end)

Step 4:
So next I took my little nail art brush and a hot pink polish and I did little curves and swirles on the purple dots I made earlier. As I said, if I did the same thing on wet base, it would turn out even better, but what can you do. I can't think of so many things at the same time hahah

Step 5:
When my little flowers were done, I made little leaves on the sides of the flowers and then I realized that there's too much blank space in between the flowers, so I went back to my hot pink polish and did little dots with my brush among the flowers and I finished off the design by applying a generous amount of top coat on each nail.

Final result:

Do you like this design? If you make one similar, post it on Instagram and tag me @kelly1393! I will repost your picture :)
If you have any requests for me (something you'd like me to show you how to do- maybe from pinterest or anywhere) please let me know and I will do my best to help you or show you!
Also, it doesn't have to be only nail art.. It can be a makeup look, a review of a product you don't want to buy because you're not sure if it's good or not, some DIY or anything you want, I would be happy to do it for you :)

I hope you liked this post and that I will see you again here!
Have a great week! MWAH
